mano-Y-ola takes pride in the opportunities and experiences we offer our interns through a program that dives into the diverse and inspiring world of agriculture and conservation. We are open to accepting students studying in the fields of agricultural sciences, biological sciences, and engineering.


General Requirements

  1. The applicant must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

  2. The applicant must submit a general application form, an up-to-date resume, and a minimum of three academic or professional references.

  3. The applicant must have a minimum 3.0-grade point average.

  4. The applicant must be eligible to work in the United States.

  5. The applicant must provide a commitment of availability.

  6. The applicant must be currently enrolled in school.

What to Expect 

What happens after you send in your application?


After the application has been submitted our team will review it thoroughly and move forward with setting up interviews with selected candidates. 


Selected candidates will receive an email from a representative of the selection committee. Applicant selection will be based upon: a) compliance with application requirements, b) the candidate’s level of commitment, and c) virtual interviews.  

Due to the number of applicants, mano-Y-ola will only reach out to selected applicants to schedule an interview date.
