Travel Internship 

Discover our Travel Internship, where Hispanic agricultural students like you can gain real-world, professional experience in NRCS field offices across the United States and Puerto Rico.
 

*Locations (10) | Full-Time | Paid | Summer 

*The locations can be in North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Puerto Rico. NRCS officials to choose upon review of interns selected by the mano-Y-ola team. 

Virtual Internship

Discover our Virtual Internship, where Hispanic agricultural students like you receive training in natural resources conservation and agribusiness as well as coaching on leadership and professionalism, and then implement what they have learned on a local farm in Puerto Rico.​

Virtual | Part-Time | Paid | Spring & Fall

Our CLN internships are currently on hold until further notice. We apologize for this delay and are working on solutions that will enable us to resume the CLN internships.

Internship Application Guidelines

General Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)

  • Submit: application form, resume, 3+ academic/professional references

  • Minimum GPA: 3.0

  • U.S. work eligibility

  • Availability commitment

  • Currently enrolled in school

Education & Qualification

  • Open to Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, & recent graduates

  • Fields of study:

    • Agribusiness & Industry: Marketing, Program & Trade Specialist roles

    • Quality Inspection: Commodities inspection

    • Social Sciences: Economics, Anthropology, International Relations, etc.

    • Science & Technology: Agronomy, Botany, Forestry, and related fields

    • Engineering & Architecture: Agricultural, Civil, Environmental Engineering
